Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds, we accept exchanges in case the abaya has any kind of damage from our side - this policy applies only for unwashed, unworn items with no visible damage and all cards should be attached to the clothes. The exchange must be within the delivery time, we will have the abaya back to check the piece, then we can confirm if the exchange is accepted or not. The cost of the shipping is non-refundable in any case.
